"CAPPY", or its initial name "CAPPYMEX", as a purpose signature was conceived in 1998, by a group of Mexican dynamics who, under the direction of E. Gil Aranda, in the city of Monterrey, Mexico, decided to associate knowledge and relations of its dominance with the idea of ​​creating a service provider of Marketing, national and international 

 "CAPPYMEX" incorporates purpose projects, marketing, sale of raw materials and finished products; as well as satisfying Representation Services of foreign companies willing to participate in business, contests, tenders, awards, without having offices in Mexico. Decision that allowed taking advantage of what “NAFTA” offered, as a promoter of commercial activities, for companies established in the United States of America, Canada and Mexico.

  Currently the new "T-MEC" has been adapted, which replaces the previous "NAFTA". 

 The associates brought together and took advantage of their skills to cover functions, available “24/7” with logistics, mobility, import, export, legal, financial, and dynamism activities with methodologies and practices. Thus and with efficiency, they also implemented commercial services offerings or "Turnkey Projects" to industry and commerce sectors. Substantial relationships that facilitated for “CAPPYMEX”, the detection and location of suppliers, of raw materials for the production of, and or, goods and services under the stipulated time frame “JIT”.  

  As the commitments increased and required them to be fulfilled in the shortest time, the Associates chose to establish the moral company under the name of “CAPPY & ASSOCIATES MEX” and it changes its Fiscal Headquarters and Centralized Business Base in Mexico City, today CDMX, Mexico .       

Therefore, it was formalized as "CAPPY & ASSOCIATES MEX, SA de CV" and its corporate purpose by means of a Notarial Constitutive Protocol, dated July 9, 2004, registered before the Public Registry of Property and Commerce of Mexico City, Federal District , under the Commercial Folio Number 320537. Document that allowed to process and obtain the Tax Identification Card # C & A040326LI5. In parallel processing the use of "CAPPY" was registered as its commercial name. 

 Efficiency that allows “CAPPY” to advise, control and supervise the associated offices in Guadalajara, Monterrey, Mérida and Veracruz.
